29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i): The employer did not provide and ensure the usage of "point of operation guards" or properly applied and adjusted point of operation devices on every operation performed on a mechanical power press(es): a/ Inside of the Fabrication Department, the barrier guard belonging to the Bliss Mechanical Punch Press, m/n 5012, unknown s/n, was capable of being moved from right to left thereby completely exposing the point-of-operation (P.O.O.). This barrier guard was not equipped with an interlock device or the equivalent to provide employee protection from the P.O.O.
