29 CFR 1910.303(e): Markings were not provided on electrical equipment giving voltage, current, wattage, and other ratings as necessary: On or about April 30, 2015, labeling to identify the voltage, current, wattage, and other required ratings was not marked on electrical equipment located at the facility. The electrical equipment includes, but is not limited to, the following: a. Four (4) electrical distribution panels/cabinets located next to the stair case in the Caster department. b. The electrical distribution panel/cabinet located at bag house number four(4). c. The electrical panel box for saw no. 5 located in zone Y-7 in the Harrison Rolling Mill (HRM). d. Two distribution cabinets with raceway located in the pump house of the Finishing department. e. The fan switch disconnect located in the ladle laydown area.
