29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) On or about February 19, 2015: Employees working in the production area of the facility are exposed to mild skin and respiratory irritation from working with products such as, but not limited to Ultramid BS 700 (polyamide), Polypropylene (white and conductive black), and Textile Spin Finish. The employer did not make the safety data sheets readily available for the employees.
