29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The abrasive wheel periphery(s) was without periphery guarding capable of being adjusted to within 1/4 inch of grinding wheel. a) Production area, multiple areas of facility - On or about April 8, 2014, Bench grinders were used without tongue guards adjusted to within 1/4 inch of the wheel, exposing employees to injury from flying debris.
