29 CFR 1910.119(g)(2): Refresher training was not provided at least every three years, and more often if necessary, to each employee involved in operating a process to assure that the employee understands and adheres to the current operating procedures of the process: a) Old Acid Room Area - The employer did not provide refresher training to employees working on the Formaldehyde Loading System, on or about September 26, 2012. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
