29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: (a)On or about May 13, 2024, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that a junction box within the facility was effectively closed. An electrical panel located on the Di-Acro Press Brake had two missing knockout plugs absent creating openings in the box. This condition exposed employees to burns and shock hazards.
