29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords and cables were attached to building surfaces: a) HPK Area: On or about March 28, 2024, employees were exposed to electrical hazards while working in the HPK area, due to flexible cords that were attached to building surfaces to power the exhaust fan and the spin picker. b) Rendering Room: On or about March 28, 2024, employees working in the rendering room were exposed to electrical hazards due to flexile cords that were attached to the building surface to power a 120v propane heater. Abatement certification required.
