29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): Guards for abrasive wheel machine where the operator stands in front of the machine were not constructed so that the peripheral protecting members could be adjusted to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheels: (a) Main Building, Maintenance Shop - Neither abrasive wheel on the Dayton pedestal grinder, model 1Z707Y, had a tongue guard, exposing employees to a struck-by hazard, on or about March 12, 2024. No abatement certification or documentation required.
