29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs 42 inches or less from the floor level were not fully enclosed by guards conforming to requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): At the worksite located at 1315 North 2nd Street Clinton, MO: On or prior to January 29, 2024, employees were exposed to caught in and pinch point hazards. Multiple belts with both runs 42 inches or less from the floor were not fully guarded. a) The belt located by the front of the truck scale near the office. b) The far side from the office of the smallest bins, located between two 50,000 bushel bins. c) The distributor head of the active leg by the two 100,000 bushel bins. d) The horizontal screw auger located near the office, with a guard only partly attached and an exposed belt.
