29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer did not have each employee who was involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in: On or about 1/4/2024 and at times prior, at Building #88, 107 Spring Lake Court, Vero Beach, Florida 32962, employees who erected scaffolding were not trained, exposing employees who worked from a tubular welding frame scaffold while performing concrete restoration work to a 7-foot fall hazard.
