29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible: (a) Repair Area - The employer determined that voluntary respirator use was permissible for employees handling chemicals including, but not limited to, those found in M102-0420 such as: isobutyl acetate, ethyl acetate, propane, acetone, n-butane, toluene, butanol, cellulose nitrate, cellulose ester, butyl cellosolve, isopropanol, and n-butyl acetate and did not provide an employee with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134.
