29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: (a)Global Harvest Foods, LLC 201 at North Richmond Street, Roscoe, SD 57471: On or about and at times prior to April 12, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from live electrical parts in the breaker panel in the storeroom of the production area due to two circuit breaker openings which were covered by gray tape. This condition exposed employees to shock and fire hazards.
