29 CFR 1910.1052(l)(1): The employer did not provide information and training for each affected employee prior to or at the time of initial assignment to a job involving potential exposure to methylene chloride: a) Chicago Booth Manufacturing, Inc. located at 5000 W Roosevelt Rd., Chicago, IL 60644: On or about March 29, 2023, the employer failed to provide information and training to employees exposed or potentially exposed to methylene chloride at the time of initial assignment. An employee used Kwik Spray 210 Foam & Fabric Adhesive, which contains methylene chloride, on daily basis in the facility.
