29 CFR 1910.303(b)(3): Insulation Integrity. Complete wiring installations were not free from short circuits and from grounds. a. Inbound Door 1 - On or about December 20, 2022, there was uninsulated conductor wires that had been wired into the Class 2 transformer plug for an Inovonics sensor, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard. b. Inbound Door 22 - On or about December 20, 2022, there was uninsulated conductor wires that had been wired into the Class 2 transformer plug for an Inovonics sensor, employees were exposed to an electrical hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
