29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warnings were prominently displayed on the container or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift. At a commercial worksite located at 5700 NW 39th, Riverside MO -- employees were exposed to bottles containing a mixture of soap and water that were not properly labeled. This exposed employees to health hazards to include: irritation to eyes, throat and eyes. This was documented on or about 07/05/2022.
