29 CFR 1910.430(j)(2)(iii):Diver(s) were not equipped with a safety harness with a lifting point capable of distributing the full force of the line over the diver's body (as incorporated by reference under 29 CFR 1926.1090): On or about April 4, 2022, at 6985 NW 18 St, Margate Florida 33063 (Stranahan River), the employer did not provide employees, engaged in underwater dredging, with a harness that was capable of distributing the pull forces over the diver's body; thereby exposing employees to a drowning hazard.
