29 CFR 1910.212(b): Anchoring fixed machinery. Machines designed for a fixed location shall be securely anchored to prevent walking or moving. On or about March 1, 2022, with respect to an establishment located at 1101 Perry St, Algoma, WI 54201, employees were exposed to hazards associated with moving machine parts when employees were using the Ellis Model 9500 Drill Press, Serial #95D05045 and it had not been anchored to prevent moving or traveling during use.
