29 CFR 1910.119(j)(4)(i): The employer did not perform inspection and tests on process equipment: At a worksite located at 1645 NW 550 Road, Kingsville, MO 64061: Employees are exposed to fire and explosion hazards. This was demonstrated on or about January 27, 2022, and at times prior to when employees were working with energetic materials at a small arms ammunition manufacturing facility. The employer did not establish and implement inspection and testing procedures for equipment, instruments, or other components in the covered process; including but not limited to, heat sealer, plate loading, crimp press, hand stacking, Waterbury, 20mm staking, and V&O.
