29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(viii):The employer shall ensure that all circuit breakers used as switches are labeled "SWD". a. Panel P-4 - On or about February 28, 2022, the breakers 1-6 are for lights that are turned on and off every day but are not designated as SWD, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
