29 CFR 1910.252(b)(3):Employees exposed to the hazards created by welding, cutting, or brazing operations were not protected by personal protective equipment in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.132: (a) PRODUCTION AREA - For employees welding sheet metal, the employer provided, but did not require the employees to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment including flame resistant clothing and welding gloves, on or about October 8, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
