29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite located at 33 Hunters Lane Glen Mills, PA- The employer did not provide fall protection training to employees engaged in installing siding on a residential building approximately 10 feet above the ground level. The employees were not trained on how to recognize, evaluate, and mitigate hazards Condition was observed on or about July, 22, 2021.
