Each employer shall be responsible for the safe condition of tools and equipment used by employees, including tools and equipment which may be furnished by employees. a. Nature Soy, LLC located at 6123 Arapahoe Road Boulder, CO 80303. On 3/31/2021 and at times prior thereto, the employer failed to remove and replace a damaged blade on a DeWalt D28715 Chop Saw. Employees are exposed to struck by hazards.
