29 CFR 1910.305(b)(3)(ii): Boxes were not closed by suitable covers securely fastened in place: The employer does not ensure that an electrical panel is closed with a cover that was securely fastened in place. This violation was observed on or about August 3, 2021, at the facility, exposing employees to electrical hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure that electrical panels are closed with covers securely fastened in place.
