29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a. 24-36 Fadem Rd., Springfield, NJ - Production Area The employer did not ensure that employees were provided effective training on the use of hazardous chemicals. Employees engaged in the manufacture of windows, used portable containers to dispensed chemicals that included, but was not limited to Isopropyl Alcohol and Windex, to clean the windows, used acetylene and oxygen for welding, used propane for forklifts, and were not provided training on the hazards of the chemicals. Violation occurred on or about February 4, 2021
