29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords and cables were attached to building surfaces: On or about November 30, 2020, employees working near and operating the EC 500 SX III Molding Machine were exposed electrical hazards because: a. a yellow extension cord powering the autoloader control module was attached to the side of the EC 500 SX III with permanent metal hangers. b. a red extension cord powering the red controller module of the EC 500 SX III was attached to metal electrical conduit with zip-ties.
