29 CFR 1910.1200(h): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and -2 on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced in the workplace: 8000 Hall Street, St. Louis, MO 63147: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions where the employees are permitted to work with hazardous chemicals without being provided the required training and information. On 09/15/2020 employees worked with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, C-grade Iron oxide Powder, a combustible substance, without the employer having provided information and training to the employees about the hazards of the chemicals.
