29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: On or about June 08, 2020, at 7205 S.R. 50 EAST, Groveland, FL 34736, in areas throughout the facility/old mill, employees were operating forklifts, during which the forklift had not been examined and/or was not examined in conformance with the manufacturers recommendations/operators manual and/or was not examined by a qualified and authorized operator/mechanic to identify conditions affecting the safety of the vehicle, and wherein the forklift horns were inoperative; therefore exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
