29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting face-pieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the face-piece and the face or that interfered with valve function: On or about February 24, 2020 in the engine room at OK Foods facility, an employee who was responding to an ammonia release wore a tight-fitting face-piece Scott respirator without being clean-shaven.
