29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cords and/or cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors: On or about December 17, 2019, employees were exposed to electrical hazards and the employer provided the following: a) Center of the shop at Station 9, an orange flexible cord run through the wall of a locked cabinet and used to power a refrigerator; b) Center of the shop at Station 9, a brown flexible cord run through the wall of a locked cabinet and used to power a fan; c) Center of shop at the south submerged arc welder, a black flexible cord run through the wall of a locked cabinet and used to power a refrigerator; and d) Northside of shop at the Computer Station, a red flexible cord run through the wall and terminated at an electrical box used to provide power to the computer.
