29 CFR 1910.253(e)(6)(ii): When regulators or parts of regulators, including gages, needed repair, the work was not performed by skilled mechanics who had been properly instructed: a. 81 Chimney Rock Rd., Bridgewater, NJ - Maintenance Bay The employer did not ensure that oxygen/acetylene regulator gauges in need of repair were repaired or replaced. Employees engaged in welding and torching activities for the maintenance of motor vehicles used oxygen/acetylene torches that had broken regulator gauges.
