29 CFR 1910.1018(k)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of inorganic arsenic. a) Art Department Floor: The employer did not ensure that floors and surfaces were maintained free from arsenic accumulation. A wipe sample from the floor was collected on August 21, 2019 revealing 0.8610 micrograms of arsenic was present. b) Back Drop Storage Area: The employer did not ensure that surfaces were maintained free from arsenic accumulation. A wipe sample from the canvas backdrop storage area was collected on August 21, 2019 revealing 0.5440 micrograms of arsenic was present.
