29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: The employer is failing to protect employees from amputation hazards associated with abrasive wheels. This was most recently documented on or about 05/31/2019 at the Shamrock Tire & Auto Service, Inc. dba Tire Dealers Wholesale facility located at 3003 S. Broadway St. Wichita, Kansas 67216. The employer did not provide a work rest attachment for the grinding machine operated by a employee to sharpen blades.
