29 CFR 1910.124(g)(3): Employees who work with liquids that could burn, irritate, or otherwise harm their skin, were not provided with at least one basin with a hot-water faucet for every 10 employees who worked with such liquids: On or about April 19, 2019, the Plating Department did not have a hot water basin available to employees who work with hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and sodium hydroxide liquids that could burn, irritate, or harm their skin or eyes.
