29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1): The horizontal belt seven (7) feet or less from the floor level was not guarded: Garick, LLC, Cumming, GA - In the bulk mill, employees were exposed to an ingoing nip points from the horizontal belt located less four feet from the ground, under the mill and near a large access opening, on or about 2/1/19.
