29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i): Vertical and inclined belts shall be enclosed by a guard conforming to standards in paragraphs (m) and (o) of this section. Between January 21, 2019 and March 7, 2019, the belts transferring power to the Silo unloader drive were not guarded which exposed employees to caught-in hazards.
