29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) On or about January 10, 2019 and at times prior thereto employees in the machine shop were exposed to caught-in and amputation hazards while using an unguarded Bridgeport drill press, model XO375, S/N 123028; (b) On or about January 10, 2019 and at times prior thereto employees in the machine shop were exposed to caught-in and amputation hazards while using an unguarded MSC Industrial Supply Company drill press, model 951250, S/N 088139C; (c) On or about January 10, 2019 and at times prior thereto employees in the machine shop were exposed to caught-in and amputation hazards while using an unguarded Bridgeport drill press, model and S/N unknown; (d) On or about January 10, 2019 and at times prior thereto employees in the machine shop were exposed to amputation hazards while using an unguarded Central Machinery band saw, item #97009.
