29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, will provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical. a) On or about 10/26/2018 an employer did not ensure that each container such as but not limited to 2 1/2 gallon containers, spray bottles of hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to; brake cleaner (flammable), Windshield Washer Solvent (flammable), Purple Stuff (irritants), Diesel Exhaust Fluid (irritants), oils (irritants) and other chemicals associated with a repair shop, was labeled, tagged or marked with pictures, symbols or a combination in that would provide employees with basic information regarding the hazards associated with each of chemicals. Employees were interchanging chemicals in the same bottles and containers.
