29 CFR 1910.254(d)(9)(iii): Cables with damaged insulation or exposed bare conductors were not replaced: (a)Dakota Bodies, LLC at 201 20th Avenue Southeast, Watertown, SD 57201: On or about and at times prior to October 30, 2018, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from electrical hazards in that, the ground cable for a Lincoln Power MIG in the fabrication department was damaged, exposing bare conductors and was not replaced. This condition exposed employees to burns and shock hazards.
