29 CFR 1910.219(e)(2)(i): Overhead horizontal belt(s) with lower parts seven -7 feet or less from the floor(s) or platform(s) were not guarded on the sides and bottom in accordance with the requirements specified at CFR 1910.219(o)(3): On or about October 22, 2018, and at times prior there to, at the production plant area, the employer did not ensure that the belts of two (2) fans were guarded exposing employees to rotating belts on: a) On the AC-100 gas cooler fan, the belt was not guarded; and b) On the AC-201 reflux fan, the belt was not guarded.
