29 CFR 1910.184(e)(3)(ii): Records of the most recent month in which each alloy steel chain sling was thoroughly inspected were not available for examination: The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by hazards while using alloy steel chain slings. This was most recently documented on or about 10/02/18 at the Well Watch, LLC facility located at 13937 Hwy 283, Ness City, Kansas 67560. The employer had not provided documentation of the most recent inspection of the alloy steel chain slings used to lift the metal pull behind trailer frame.
