29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(iii): Powered industrial truck(s), with the operator dismounted and within 25 feet of the truck still in his view, did not have the load engaging means fully lowered: Granite Masters, Inc., Suwanee, GA - On or about 08/21/2018 employees were exposed to struck by, crushing or caught in between hazards when employer did not ensure that the masts of the power industrial trucks (forklifts) were lowered while unattended.
