29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs seven -7 feet or less from the floor level were not guarded with a guard that extended to at least fifteen inches above the belt: On or about August 8, 2018, at the warehouse area of Nupress of Miami Inc., 2050 NW 94th Ave, Doral, FL. An employee was exposed to a caught by hazard while working in the proximity of an air compressor (i.e. Quincy QT-7.5, Model QTZST711P00187, Serial No. 5131816) which had an unguarded belt and pulleys assembly on its motor drive mechanism.
