29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs seven feet or less from the floor level were not guarded with a guard that extended to at least fifteen inches above the belt:(a) a) The Post, SN: 593 - On or about June 7, 2018, and at times prior to, the employer did not ensure that the nip points on a horizontal belt system were guarded. Employees engaged in the manufacturing process were exposed to hazards including but not limited to being caught in moving parts while walking from one side of the machine to the other and operating the equipment.
