29 CFR 1926.62(l)(1)(i): The employer did not communicate information concerning lead hazards according to the requirements of OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard for the construction industry, 29 CFR 1926.59 including, but not limited to, the requirements concerning warning signs and labels, material safety data sheets (MSDS) and employee information and training: a) Reptile house attic and habitat area - On or about 02/23/2018 - 03/24/2018, employees used power saws and jack-hammers to perform manual demolition of structures including benches, louvers, and rock features with lead content which ranged between 0.0091%-26.182% by weight and between 33.28ug/10cm2 - 2189ug/10cm2 surface concentration. The employer did not communicate, to the employees, information concerning lead hazards according to the requirements of OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
