29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not using electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed: The employer is failing to protect employees from arc flash hazards while performing equipment maintenance. This was most recently documented on or about 03/09/2018, at CABKA North America Inc., located at 123 Byassee Drive, Hazelwood, MO, where employees were performing equipment maintenance on energized equipment without the use of appropriate electrical PPE.
