29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: a) Roof - Old Panel Side: Employees removing and replacing damaged metal roof panels were not protected from a free fall greater than six (6) feet or from striking the concrete floor below while utilizing personal fall arrest systems where anchor points were located on the walking surface approximately two (2), four (4), and six (6) feet from the edge. The anchor point approximately two (2) feet from the edge had a vertical lifeline with the rope adjuster approximately nineteen (19) feet from the anchor.
