29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use a) Granite cutting area: On or about December 28, 2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that a safety data sheet was not provided for employees working with chemicals, such as but not limited to, Crown lacquer thinner, Crown denatured alcohol and Sherwin Williams acetone.
