29 CFR 1910.1025(i)(2)(i): Clean change rooms were not provided for employees exposed to lead in excess of the permissible exposure limit (PEL), without regard to the use of respirators: 900 Jeffco Executive Drive, Imperial: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous airborne lead levels where employees who are exposed to lead above the permissible exposure level of 50 micrograms per cubic meter of air are not provided clean change rooms. On or about 11/07/2017 an employee who was the "trainer" was exposed to airborne lead at twice the permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 50 micrograms of lead per cubic meter of air as determined by personal air sampling conducted on 11/07/2017 by OSHA. The exposure level obtained was 110 micrograms of air borne lead per cubic meter of air calculated on 8-hour time weighted average basis. Sampling was conducted for 306 minutes. The overexposed employee was not provided a clean change room.
