29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(ii): Unstable objects were used to support scaffolds or platform units: a) Lot 31- Outside- On or about August 11, 2017 and at times prior at Rosshandler Rd, Suwanee, GA 30024. Employees performing masonry activities were working from a fabricated frame scaffold that was erected on unstable bricks. Employees were exposed to struck by and fall hazards.
