Where the employer cannot identify or reasonably estimate the employee exposure, the employer shall consider the atmosphere to be IDLH. a. CDC Fab Co. located in Maumee, Ohio: On or about August 10, 2017, the employer did not evaluate employee exposures to diethylenetriamine when performing the adhesive spraying operation.
